Caroline Hodson
With nearly 20 years of experience in marketing communications, employee engagement, and sustainability, I’ve built a career helping businesses bring out the best in their people.
From leading Corporate Social Responsibility at the global shipping company Bibby Line Group to supporting local and international organisations through consultancy, one thing has always been clear: when businesses invest in their people, everyone wins.

That belief sits at the heart of the Mojo Method—my signature approach to creating workplace wellbeing strategies that are simple, inclusive, and impactful.
Through structured programmes, creative campaigns, and strategic mentoring, I help leaders embed a culture of balance, leadership, and collaboration across their organisations.
