Mojo Fitness
Founder - Caroline Hodson

I’m Caroline, and I created Mojo Fitness to help people over 40 feel good again — in their minds, bodies, and everyday lives.

After more than 20 years working in marketing, employee engagement, and being a mentor and coach, I have seen how easy it is to lose confidence, motivation, and self-belief when life gets busy.
Family, work, caring for others — they all come first, until one day, you realise you have slipped to the bottom of your own list.

Mojo Fitness was born to change that.

This isn’t about chasing perfection or cutting out everything you love. It’s about building belief — one small, positive action at a time.
Whether that’s taking a short walk, saying no when you need rest, or joining a community that understands what you’re going through — every small step counts.

Through nurturing support, gentle accountability, and practical coaching, I help you rebuild that sense of you — the one who feels confident, capable, and full of life again.

Because when you start with belief, everything else follows.

Alongside helping individuals rediscover themselves through Mojo Fitness, I work with organisations to embed sustainable wellbeing through Mojo Workplace Wellbeing.

With my experience in marketing communications, employee engagement, and sustainability, I’ve spent my career helping businesses bring out the best in their people. From leading Corporate Social Responsibility at the global shipping company Bibby Line Group to supporting organisations across sectors as a consultant, I’ve seen first-hand how investing in people transforms performance, culture, and retention.

That experience shaped Mojo Workplace Wellbeing — a structured approach that blends strategy, creativity, and mentoring. Through this framework, I support Wellbeing Champions and leaders to design, deliver, and measure wellbeing programmes that are simple, inclusive, and impactful — while aligning with broader ESG and employee engagement goals.

Whether I’m mentoring individuals to feel more confident, or guiding organisations to build a thriving, people-first culture, my mission remains the same, to help more people feel valued, energised, and empowered to grow — at work and beyond.
