Mojo Fitness was created to help people over 40 feel good again — in their minds, bodies, and everyday lives.
After more than 20 years working in marketing, employee engagement, and as a mentor and coach, founder Caroline Hodson has seen how easy it is to lose confidence, motivation, and self-belief when life gets busy.
Family, work, caring for others — they all come first, until one day, you realise you have slipped to the bottom of your own list.
Mojo Fitness was born to change that.
This isn’t about chasing perfection or cutting out everything you love. It’s about building belief — one small, positive action at a time.
Whether that’s taking a short walk, saying no when you need rest, or joining a community that understands what you’re going through — every small step counts.
Through nurturing support, gentle accountability, and practical coaching, I help you rebuild that sense of you — the one who feels confident, capable, and full of life again.
